About me

As a professional ecological consultant, I have worked on a wide variety of projects from large-scale national transport schemes, to single residential dwelling projects.

I specialise in surveys and mitigation for protected species, particularly bats, great crested newts and reptiles. I also have a lot of experience undertaking Phase 1 Habitat Assessments and Preliminary Ecological Appraisals.

I have good technical knowledge of key protected species and legislative context regarding the planning system. I have experience of undertaking a wide variety of ecological surveys and assessments. I am hardworking and eager to develop my skills and use new innovative survey techniques to improve the service we provide allowing both development and biodiversity to benefit.

I am trained in PADI rescue and emergency first aid being available on call to assist in any marine mammal stranding events, throughout the UK.
