TMA is an environmental consultancy company, providing Arboriculture, Ecology and Landscape consultancy. We have strong values and are immensely proud of our staff and the way in which they embody these principals, we scored particularly high in areas such as “living the organisations values and behaviours” and “structuring work through effective IT solutions”.
Staff interviewed all described how the senior team work in a very unified way, each with their own area of expertise, how they all embody the ‘TMA principles’, how open and trustworthy they are and how passionate they are about the Practice. Every member of staff interviewed commented that this was motivating and inspiring and created an environment in which they could give their best and feel valued for their expertise.
Personal development of our staff is hugely important to us. Not only through training and resources but through investment in IT and our MyTrees software. We recognise the importance of career progression and personal development.
‘Having a resource library such as ours speaks volumes about Tim Moya Associates. It means they have committed time, effort and money – it’s not just about finances, it’s about having a knowledge database that increases our expertise. It says so much about the Practice. Learning is on tap’
‘it’s the best job I’ve had – the environment, the people, the work’
We would like to thank all our staff and associates for taking part in our recent IIP assessment and look forward to upholding the IIP values and principles for years to come.
